Turning the call waiting feature on, lets you answer another call while still engaged in an ongoing call. You should turn this feature on first before you could use it on your Samsung Galaxy A5.
1. Select the “Phone” icon.
2. Press the “Menu” button.
3. Select the option “Settings”.
4. Select “More settings”.
5. Press the little toggle indicator next to "Call waiting" to switch the functionality on or off.
6. Click the Home key button on your Samsung Galaxy A5 to return to your home screen.
