Voicemail is an option where your callers can leave messages it may or may not be available based on the nature of your service. Contact your service provider to inquire about this feature first. Here are the steps to follow to get your voicemail number set on your Samsung Galaxy A5.
1. Select the icon “Phone”.
2. Press the menu button.
3. Select “Settings”.
4. Select the option “Voicemail settings”.
5. Select “Voicemail number”.
6. In the field provided, input the voicemail number you desire starting with the country code (Ex.
+65000000130) when done just hit “OK”.
7. Returning to your Galaxy A5’s home screen
8. Click the Home key button on your Samsung Galaxy A5 to return to your home screen
