Motorola RAZR is a super slim with 7.1 mm thickness yet powerful device packed with 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 540 x 960 screen resolution protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It features a 8 megapixel rear camera with touch-focus, geo-tagging, face detection, image stabilization and can shoot videos at 1080p@30fps, 16GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, came out running Android 2.3 Gingerbread but expected to taste the Ice Cream Sandwich early next year.
