You have the option to either locate and connect to a network manually or automatically. If you choose to have it set to manual, you may lose your mobile connection once you are out of range from the network you have selected. It’s best to leave this option set to search automatically. Here are the options to choose your network.
1. Make a downward sliding motion with your finger from the top of your Galaxy A5’s screen.
2. Select the “Settings” icon.
3. Select the option “Connections”.
4. Select “Mobile networks”.
5. Select the option “Network operators”.
6. Press the option “Search networks”. Your phone may take a moment to search for the available networks in the area.
7. Select your required network. (Choosing another network operator won’t allow you to connect unless you have a valid SIM card installed on your phone.)
8. Choose “Select automatically” if you want the phone to automatically search for a network operator (Recommended)
9. Click the Home key button on your Samsung Galaxy A5 to return to your home screen.
