Here are the instructions to restore your Samsung Galaxy A5 back to factory default settings, you will lose all your data including photos and applications installed on your device so it is recommended to back-up your information before starting.
1. Make a downward sliding motion with your finger from the top of your Galaxy A5’s screen.
2. Select the “Settings” icon.
3. Select the option “General management”.
4. Select “Reset”.
