There are 3 different ways to connect your Samsung Galaxy S4 to a Samsung Smart TV. The first one is by connecting the smartphone to smart TV through screen mirroring which will let you share every activity you do on the phone to your big screen once they are connected.

Next one is by pairing through Youtube which requires internet connection on both devices. This also works with other brand of smartphone and smart TV. This feature will only show Youtube videos that you play from your smartphone onto your TV.

Last one will be using Swipe-It app. This will let you share pictures and videos that are saved on your phone's memory. This also works with other Android smartphone and iOS but only works for selected Samsung Smart TV. You first have to install the Swipe-It app on both devices and they should be connected on the same Wi-Fi network.

2. Go to the Settings of your Samsung Galaxy S4 and under Connections tap on Screen Mirroring.

3. Your phone should automatically scan and connect to your TV if you have already connected to it previously.

4. But if that doesn't see your TV like the one in this screenshot below, please tap Scan.

4. Now on your mobile phone, search and install the Samsung Swipe-It app from Google Play and run it.

5. Enter the code that you see on your big screen then tap on Login. Once its connected you can now swipe the photos that you want to share on your smart TV.
