There are four conditions that you can set when setting up call forwarding. This feature commonly used for voice mail service but this can also be applied if you want to forward calls to a different (non-voice mail) number.

1. From the home screen please click on the Phone located on the lower left hand corner of your screen.

2.  Tap on the menu button then select Call Settings.

3. Tap on Additional Settings.

4. Tap on Call forwarding.

5. Tap on Voice call if you just want voice calls to be diverted or Video calls if you want video calls to be diverted.

6. If you want all calls to be diverted then choose Always forward.

7. Type in the number where you want all calls to be diverted. When selecting this option, it will automatically transfer the call with 1 or no ring at all.

8. If you just to transfer the calls when busy, choose Forward when busy from step 6 then type in the number where you want the call to be transferred. This will work with the other call forwarding conditions except from Always transfer so make sure that the Always forward option is not selected/active.

9. If you just to transfer the calls when unanswered, choose Forward when unanswered from step 6 then type in the number where you want the call to be transferred. This will work with the other call forwarding conditions except from Always transfer so make sure that the Always forward option is not selected/active.

10.  If you just to transfer the calls when number is unreachable, choose Forward when unreachable from step 6 then type in the number where you want the call to be transferred. This will work with the other call forwarding conditions except from Always transfer so make sure that the Always forward option is not selected/active.
