How to Back-up The Phone Memory on Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 Edge

Backing up your phone memory is recommended when updating your mobile phone’s software.

1. Installing Samsung Kies

2. Open up www.samsung.com on your computer.

3. Search for Samsung Kies on the website’s download section.

4. Download and then install Samsung Kies.

5. Connect your mobile phone to the computer

6. Use the data cable for connecting the phone socket to one of the USB ports in the computer.

7. Phone memory back-up

8. Open up Samsung Kies on your computer.

9. Select your mobile phone from the devices listed.

10. Click the ‘Back up/Restore’ option.

11. Click ‘Select all items’ to make sure all files are included.

12. Click ‘Backup’.

13. Click ‘Complete’
