Checking the Software Version
Upon checking your mobile phone’s software version and finding that it does not have the newest version of the software, you can update it.
1. Look for ‘About device’
2. Touch the top edge of your screen and slide your thumb down to see the ‘settings’ icon.
3. Select the settings icon.
4. Tap the ‘More’ tab.
5. Tap ‘About device’.
6. Find your software version
7. This is displayed below ‘Android’ version.
8. Go back to the home screen
9. Tapping the ‘Home’ key brings you back to the home screen.
