If you found yourself locked out because you’ve entered the wrong PIN code more than three times, just follow these instructions to unblock your PIN code. You should have your PUK code handy to unblock your SIM card.
1. Enter your assigned PUK code in the textbox then select “OK”.
2. Type your new four-digit PIN code then select “OK”.
3. Type the new PIN code again for verification then select “OK”.
