We heard a rumor last week regarding an HTC smartphone packing a quad-core 1.7GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. The leaked device is said to have the codename HTC One X+ with the model number PM63100 and is expected to come out later this year wit AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S.
This time, another Android smartphone from HTC dubbed "Proto" is reportedly coming out this fall. According to The Verge:
The Proto has a 4-inch WVGA SLCD display — up from the One V's 3.7-inch component — along with a 5-megapixel camera, 4GB of storage, 512MB of RAM, and 7.2Mbps HSPA.
While the camera and storage size will remain intact, the processor will be upgraded to 1 GHZ dual-core Snapdragon S4. Although there are lots of speculations that it will be added to HTC One family, this was not confirmed yet. If ever this rumor is true, we'll certainly let you know about it!
