If you want to have more than one language to be recognize by your Galaxy S4, just follow the simple steps below.
1. Open up the Messaging app
2. Tap on the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen
3. Select Input Languages
4. Put a tick on the languages you want to add
5. If you want to remove, just tap on the language you want to be removed
6. Press on Home or Return button to go back to home or previous screen
