When you want to revert to your mobile phone’s original factory settings, it’s quite easy but you need to make sure that the data on your phone won’t be deleted (data on the SIM isn’t deleted).

1.Look for ‘Factory data reset’

2. Touch the top edge of your screen and slide your finger until the hidden options can be seen.

3. Choose ‘Settings’.

4. Choose the ‘Accounts’ tab.

5. Select ‘Backup and reset’.

6. Select ‘Factory data reset’.

7. To restore the default factory settings

8. Choose ‘Reset device’.

9. Choose ‘Erase everything’.

10. Wait until the default factory settings appear.
