SIM LOCK
Your mobile phone’s SIM might be locked for use with a specific mobile service provider. These instructions will help you find out the status of your SIM.
1. View the SIM lock status
2. Select a SIM from a different service provider. Insert it and turn on your phone.
3. If the SIM has been locked for a specific mobile service provider, a message about this will be displayed.
