YouTube is the most popular website for sharing video and its owned by giant company, dubbed Google. Since it is a Google service, you should be automatically logged in when you open this app when you have already activated your Google account with your Samsung Galaxy S3.
To manually log in to YouTube, please follow the steps below:
- From the home screen, tap on Apps
- Tap on YouTube icon
- Tap on Account tab located on the upper right hand of your screen
- Type in your username and password or your Gmail address and password
- Tap on Home tab located on the upper left hand side of the screen
To Search for Videos:
- Tap on the Search or magnifying glass icon located on the upper right hand corner of your screen
- Type in the keyword that you are searching for
- Tap on the search or magnifying glass icon located on the lower right hand corner of your screen
- You can use the back button to return to the previous pages you have visited
To save videos as favorites, watch later or play list:
- When you play a video, you'll see the add to icon which has the plus symbol above
- Tap on that add to icon then choose Favorite, Watch Later or Play List.
- Use the back button to go back to previous videos
To upload videos:
- Tap on the Account tab located on the upper right
- Tap on the Upload icon which is the one with arrow going up above
- Tap on the required folder
- Tap on the required video then follow the on-screen instruction
To delete search history:
- Tap on the Menu key which is the left key beside the Home button below your screen
- Tap on Settings
- Select Search
- Tap on Clear Search History
- Tap on OK button
- Use the back button to go back to the previous pages or press the Home button to go back to the main screen
